Chili, cheese and dog hidden inside a yummy buttermilk biscuit.
1 (16 ounce) container Shop 'n Save® refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
8 franks 8 tablespoons chili without beans, divided 8 tablespoons Shop 'n Save® shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - Shop 'n Save® no stick cooking spray
Remove 2 biscuits from package; place remaining biscuits in refrigerator until ready to use. Place one biscuit on cutting board and press into a 6-inch x 4-inch rectangle. Place 1 tablespoon chili and 1 tablespoon cheese along center of biscuit. Top with 1 frank. Gently pull biscuit up and around frank, pinching to seal entire biscuit. Place seam side down on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Repeat with remaining biscuits, working with 2 at a time. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 12-14 minutes.
