1 1/2 pounds Shop 'n Save® boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® salt 1 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 pound Shop 'n Save® great northern beans, soaked, rinsed and drained 2 cups Shop 'n Save® chicken broth 1 cup chopped Farm Stand® onions 2 (4 ounce) cans Carlita™ diced green chiles, undrained 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1. In medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, cumin, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper; toss to coat chicken.
2. Add seasoned chicken, beans, chicken broth, onions and chiles to a slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 8-10 hours. 3. Serve with cilantro, Shop 'n Save® sour cream and Monterey jack cheese, if desired.
