No-Boil Lasagna

Assemble ahead and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking. Bake according to directions below.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Shop 'n Save® Italian seasonings
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® salt
2 (26 ounce) jars Shop 'n Save® traditional pasta sauce
1 (15 ounce) Shop 'n Save® container small curd cottage cheese
2 Shop 'n Save® large eggs
1/2 cup Shop 'n Save® grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons Shop 'n Save® parsley flakes, divided
1/4 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package Shop 'n Save® shredded mozzarella cheese
15 Shop 'n Save® lasagna noodles

In large skillet brown ground beef, onion, garlic, Italian seasonings and salt over medium-high heat; drain. Add pasta sauce. Meanwhile, in medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley and black pepper; set aside. Place 2 cups meat sauce in bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, spreading evenly. Layer 1/3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 remaining meat sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and 1/3 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with layer of noodles, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tablespoon parsley. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 45 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
