Add cooked chicken for a complete one-dish meal.
1 cup Shop 'n Save® long grain white rice
2 tablespoons Shop 'n Save® butter 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup Shop 'n Save® evaporated milk 1/2 pound Shop 'n Save® American processed cheese loaf, cubed 1 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1 (16 ounce) package Shop 'n Save® frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained 1 sleeve Shop 'n Save® snack crackers (about 36 crackers), crushed 1/2 cup Shop 'n Save® butter, melted
Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened (about 5 minutes). Add evaporated milk, cheese, salt and pepper; stirring until cheese melts. Stir in broccoli and cooked rice. Transfer to a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Shop 'n Save® no stick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350°F oven 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole; continue baking 10 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and crackers are golden brown.
