This is a great, quick & easy single serve entrée.
1/4 cup Japanese-style Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Shop 'n Save® finely shredded Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon Shop 'n Save® garlic powder 1 pound Arctic Shores™ frozen cod fillet, thawed - Shop 'n Save® no-stick olive oil cooking spray
1. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder; set aside. Pat fish dry with paper towels.
2.Place fish on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray fish with cooking spray and sprinkle with bread crumb mixture, pressing into fish. Lightly spray bread crumb mixture with cooking spray. 3. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until fish flakes easily with fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
