This is a great quick & easy dinner.
1/2 cup butter, divided
1/4 cup diced yellow onion 1/4 cup diced celery 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 (8 ounce) package salad style imitation crabmeat, thawed, finely chopped 20 saltine crackers, crushed 1 large egg, beaten 1 tablespoon half-and-half 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 1 (16 ounce) package Arctic Shores™ frozen flounder fillets, thawed
In medium sauté pan, heat 1/4 cup butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, garlic and pepper; sauté until softened (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in chopped crabmeat, crackers, egg, half-and-half and Old Bay seasoning; set aside. Pat fish dry with homelife™ paper towels. Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter. Lightly brush a homelife™ Baking Classics Baking Sheet with melted butter; place fillets on baking sheet. Lightly brush fillets with butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Spoon crab stuffing over fillets; brush remaining butter over stuffing and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 10-12 minutes or until stuffing is cooked through and golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
