This dessert can be made up to 2 days ahead.
1 cup Shop 'n Save® all-purpose flour
1 cup Baking Classics Pecan Chips 1/2 cup Shop 'n Save® butter,softened 1 (8 ounce) package Shop 'n Save® cream cheese, softened 1 cup Shop 'n Save® powdered sugar 1 (8 ounce) container Shop 'n Save® non dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 (21 ounce) can Shop 'n Save® apple pie filling
In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, pecans and butter until it resembles pea size crumbles. Press into bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Shop 'n Save® no stick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until lightly browned (about 20 minutes). Remove from oven; cool. Meanwhile, in medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until well mixed. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour. Spread pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Cut into squares; garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
