For
all consumer initiated complaints, requests for
information, comments, product issues that result
from a Store Brands product which does not involve
threat of litigation, personal injury, product liability
or property damage. For example - a stem in a can
of green beans, excessive breakage on a box of crackers,
stale product, etc. Record information on Consumer
Concerns Form and forward to Federated as instructed
on the bottom of the form.
This process does not change, only the form.

While use of this type
of form is not new, how the information gets reported
is - use when a store finds a problem with a
Store Brands product on the shelf or in storage
- i.e. bulging cans, leaking containers, mislabeled
product, etc. Since it is not a consumer concern
this information should be recorded on the Store
Concerns Form and sent to Genie Nicholas, Daymon
QA Manager as instructed on the bottom of the form.
She will determine the course of action. Supervalu
has not contracted Federated to process these types
of concerns.
